Chanteligence is a Web, Design & Print Media Studio,
dedicated to bringing your projects to life in helping your business grow.

Chanteligence was founded in 2008, designing and developing customised websites for small businesses and clientele in and around Sydney.
Our services soon expanded when our clients needed more than just a custom website designed. So we combine our love of graphic design and print media into an ‘all in one service’, turning Chanteligence into a Web, Design & Print Media Studio. Since then, we continue to build for small and medium size businesses a strong foundation for their brand to grow, through our creative services in websites and branding, graphic design, print media, and product photography.

Designing is our passion and our goal is to bring our clients projects to life, because every business needs a strong foundation to build upon, that creates a lasting impression, captures the target audience and stands out from the competition, no matter how big or small a business is, and as our clients testimonials prove, to whom we are grateful to work with such wonderful people over the years, know that we continue to provide them with the quality, functionality, creative and design every project deserves.

Our Process Method
Our Process Get In Touch Call Us, we’d love to hear about your project; or Request a Quote for Web, Design or Print. Choose either a Package Deal or Make Your Own Package using our custom quote forms. You will be sent an accurate investment quotation for your consideration. Should you choose to accept the quotation, your project will be outlined; or Send Us An Email and let us know how we can help you.We’ll ask you a series of targeted questions to help us understand your business and define your project needs. If you have any questions, we will respond accordingly. Your Project Outlined Your project will be outlined in a design brief and we’ll answer any questions you have. Your design brief will include your project needs, concept designs, time frames, a mutual agreement and much more. In agreement with your projects investment, we can start working together. Working Together You will be invoiced accordingly to secure your place in our Project Calendar. See how payment works below. After which all client-provided materials are due within 2 weeks of your design brief acceptance. If you need longer, please let us know. Project Commences When all materials are received, we will commence work on your project and continue until finished, working with you and keeping you informed. Once we’ve ticked all the boxes for your project and it is presented or launched, we will finalise all paperwork. Support We’re still here if you need us. We can provide ongoing support or maintenance if you require it. Websites If you have accepted the design brief, a Website Content Guide will be sent to help you get started. Graphic Design If you have accepted the quotation, concept designs will be sent for your consideration. Upon the approval of your chosen artwork, the final design will be ready for web, branding and print. Print Media On approved print-ready artworks, some projects can request a Print Proof or Sample (at cost) prior to production. Depending on the product, quantities and finishes, lead times for delivery are approximately 3-5 business days & 6-8 weeks for packaging as we source from local and overseas suppliers. * Not all projects can obtain a Print Proof or Sample (at cost), so please inquire if you would like either or before we go to production.
What is a Design Brief

What do I need to provide?
You will need to provide: All final copies of your content, documents and any relevant information. All images, photographs, videos. Any outside/outsourced links, URLs etc. This is required approximately 2 weeks after your deposit. If you need more time, just let us know upfront. As it will affect your place in our project calendar.
Can I add to my project later on?
Absolutely! Just let us know what you need or want and we will provide you with an accurate quotation. Upon your acceptance, we will add to your website accordingly. This is a great idea for when your business grows.
Will I be able to make changes on my own after my project is complete?
Yes! All platforms we use are CMS based, so you can edit, add or remove content from your website on your own. We provide ongoing maintenance if you prefer us to make changes for you. We also provide ongoing support if you get stuck and need help or have questions. You do not need to know any coding knowledge, as it is a simple easy drag and drop page builder designs. On your website completion, you will be provided with initial training for approx. 1 hr to teach you how to navigate and edit your site on the backend.
What are the time frames for my project?
Time frames can vary from project to project, it is all dependent on your projects needs. Your quotation will include your projects time frame accordingly and you will be booked into the project calendar upon your initial deposit. Websites Depending on your business needs, ready Content and Artworks etc. Landing Page Site: Approx. 3 business day 3-6 Page Website: Approx. 7 business days Other: 1 week to 1 month + Graphic Design Providing all information and any examples are send. Logo Design Concepts: Within 24hrs Business Cards: Within 24hrs Others: 7 days + Print Media Leadtimes all depend on quantities, finish and product for ready Artworks etc. Business Cards: 3-5 business days Flyers & Brochures: 3-5 business days Packaging: 6-8 weeks Other: 3-5 + business days
How does payment work?
Web & Design A 25% deposit is payable if you accept the quotation. This secures your place in our project calendar and covers the cost of your design brief. When all client material is supplied, another 25% is due prior to works commencing on your project. The remaining 50% is due on the approval for all works completed. On full payment, all files and ownership will be transferred to you. Print 100% is required upfront for production to take place. Note Invoices are payable within 14 days of invoice date. If you require a payment plan, please ask us. Payments are accepted by: EFT, Cheque, Direct Deposit, Cash & Money Order.
Cancellations & Refunds
Your Deposit If you cancel the accepted quotation, you will be refunded part of your deposit. The cost of the design brief is $120, which is non-refundable. Commenced Works If you cancel your project at any point in time, you will (if any) be refunded the remaining balance. We have already set up, planned and commenced work on your project as scheduled and these investments are no longer refundable. Any billable expenses already incurred by Chanteligence, for the clients’ project that has not been covered in the initial investment, is liable to be paid in full by the client and will be invoiced as such accordingly. Note A cancellation may be declared by either party in writing outlining the reasons once works have commenced. Written cancellations are not required for cancelling your deposit. Refunds will be made in the same way from which the initial investment was paid – directly to the business or person. Chanteligence retains ownership of all copyright materials, images, designs, original artworks, peripherals and any other related materials that have not been paid for in full, except client-provided materials. Such ownership cannot be used for personal or commercial use without express written permission from Chanteligence. Payment will be required accordingly for such requested works of the above mentioned.
